Artist Bio

 

Alyssa Leal was born in Round Rock, Tx in 1998 and at the age of three she moved to Odessa, TX. Alyssa currently lives and works in San Marcos, Tx. She attends Texas State University and is working towards her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Photography and an Art History Minor. Alyssa’s work represents the beauty and wonders of life and cultures. She is currently capturing her own life and culture to find the beauty in her every day life where she might not acknowledge it on her own. When Alyssa was younger, she was always fascinated with the beauty of life as a whole but never focused on the beauty of which is her life. She hopes to find this beauty as she continues to explore the depths and emotions of her mundane.
